So after reading Demeri's blog I decided to gather up some of my "must haves "
Of course my family is number one, Jaydin, my husband Jeff, my Mom's, Dad's, brothers, grandparents, Tio's and Tia's, cousins, friends, and of course my dog Bodi. ( I couldn't find a picture with everyone)
This thing is awesome, it scrapes all the nasty callouses of your feet and catches it in the egg, I know it sounds gross but it works like nothing else, no need for a expensive pedicure, eventhough they are nice to get!
Phyto hair products rock, they make my hair shiny and soft.
This is my fav magazine, lots of new exercises and recipes!
I am not much of a make up person but if I do wear it I like to see it! MAC fluid line eyeliner is the best! You apply it with a brush! No running! The eye shadow is also great! The concealer I use under my eyes for those busy nights after work.
Biotherm rides repair, I don't know what is in it, and probably don't want to know but I think it gets rid of those " I am only 30 and shouldn't have wrinkles yet lines"

Steel water bottle, here in Colorado its so dry you have to drink tons on water, its better for the planet!
Green super food, put it in a smoothie, it makes you feel like you just ate a plate of green veggies...and it tastes yummy, even Jaydin loves it!
Okay, so you ask your self what are these.....they are unsweetened carob covered raisins, just like crack to Jeff and me, and they are not even bad for you!
If you eat to many carob covered raisins....a bike ride, it cures all my problems, I love going on a long hard bike ride!
This is my bad habit, if I have a really long night at work and I need to go on a bike ride but I don't have any energy...this MONSTER will give it to me....probably not the best thing for me but hey, it could be worse!

Love it! I think I need that PediEgg thing. Where did you get it? And I think I might need the biotherm rides repair as well! I have that same water bottle in a different style and love it.
The PediEgg is from Bed bath and beyond, it is even in consumer reports, it really is the best thing EVER! It is like a cheese grater but it wont cut you.
Biotherm is great but you have to order it online!
So fun...I love that you are all doing this! I am always up for my hair being super shiney...so I will have to try it out, where do I get it from? I use biosilk serum it seems to help with my FRIZZ!!!
